Del 6 al 10 de agosto se llevará a cabo en Dever, USA, la Denvention, es decir la 66ª Convención Mundial de Ciencia Ficción, la Invitada de Honor será Lois McMaster Bujold y el Maestro de Ceremonias Wil McCarthy. Durante esta reunión (el sábado 9 para ser precisos) tendrá lugar además la ceremonia de premiación de los Hugo Awards 2008. Para vuestra información les paso el dato de algunos de los nominados:
